It being Easter, news is a little slow around the blogosphere, so you may not have heard that the winner of this year’s Philip K. Dick Award was announced at Norwescon last night. A drum roll please for Lost Everything by Brian Francis Slattery (Tor). Naturally Tor.com does have the news up, along with a sample chapter. I’ve not read this book, but I have loved everything by Brian that I have read so I’m in no doubt that this is a very worthy winner.
The runner up was Lovestar by Icelandic writer, Andri Snær Magnason. Can we invite him to Finncon, please?
