The Bath Literature Festival is taking place at the end of the month. As expected, there is not a trace of SF, but I am tempted to go and see Ben Goldacre.

The sad thing is that when Liz got a slot a couple of years ago all the volunteer staff were telling her how pleased they were because they were all big SF&F fans.
Maybe we just need to organize a festival. Not a convention. Something the general public can come to cheaply.
