Yes, it has snowed on London. The world has come to an end. People from Boston, Chicago, Seattle and New York (not to mention the whole of Finland) have my permission to laugh themselves silly.
It is also snowing here in Darkest Somerset, though it doesn’t seem to be settling much except on roofs. I would take some video, except that it would be poor fare compared to what has been on offer from elsewhere this winter. I have no plans to venture out in it, and enough food to last for at least 10 days.
It’s settling quite a bit here in Wiltshire. I just opened the bathroom window to check and some kid yelled “IT’S CHRIIISTMAAAAS!”

Having just been in a very snowy Montreal this weekend…and Canada!
Although it is funny, in the car on the way to the meetings Saturday when we were all talking about snow (and visitors being poorly prepared for Canadian weather) Jo said something about if the Gulf Stream ever reverses . . .

I could make a crack about it always snowing in Canada, but actually I’d like it to be snow free when I visit for the April staff meeting, please.
