Fundies don’t read enough! There’ve been books about this sort of thing in the past as well. (That’s just one I picked up some years back; I’m sure there are others.)
The problem with that article is that it makes reference to (oh nos!) evolution.
It also includes sound-bites that can be selectively de-contextualized to make a case for the ‘other’ side (‘fruit flies are lacking a gene’ – well of course homo-flies are lacking a gene – they’re freaks!)
There’s a quote my old, gray brain can’t remember the origin of that says something like – “if you can do it, it’s natural” or some such, that I think is appropriate here.
